Suggestion : Make the Admin Center accessible for agents in read only

    Hi,

    To add another perspective, besides the agents, third-party software partners also need to see triggers and automation depending on their applications. We have partners from whom we buy chatbots, mail bot services, reporting tools, etc. As we implement these into zendesk, adjusting automation becomes critical.

    As giving out admin access to third parties creates security challenges, we try to work collaboratively however this means setting up a call whenever they need to check something. Letting them see these freely would be much more convenient and time efficient.
