Give us back the ability to modify agent organization assignment
This was available until very recently, when my users began submitting bug reports because they are unable to modify their own (and other agents) organization assignments. After contacting support, I was informed that this is intentional and was changed by Zendesk.
Why? We use this function as part of our workflows. We have no alternative option available which would allow us to still work within the context of Zendesk and still accurately report on number and nature of requests related to organizations.
Now agents have to reach out to an administrator every time they need an organization updated. This is a severe hindrance and makes the Zendesk platform less functional for our organization.
This seems like something that could easily be a role permission which can be toggled. Why is Zendesk taking away functionality?

You just solved my mystery of "Why do agents keep asking me to adding accounts to organizations lately?", no wonder! I would love for this to be a role permission as well.

admins are not even in zendesk on a day to day like our agents are and for our own security purposes we have kept admins to a minimum. so now I have to make every agent of mine an admin so they can add their own accounts to their profiles. that is such a waste of time and security for our own business. you should get customer feedback/usage before removing such a relevant key feature that gets associated to other plug ins and integrations
