    Hello, Thank you for your questions. Real time transcriptions and accompanying AI features is on our roadmap for early 2024. In 2023 we expect to deliver post call transcriptions and summarisation.  

    For now, as a workaround if you are using the Chrome browser, you can enable "live caption in Chrome"

    Hey,

     

    That'd be great thank you. As a brief overview we have subject access requests and have a team who need to manually transcribe all the calls required; obviously this is very time consuming for them and this would save them a lot of time.

    Hi, We could also benefit from native transcription within Zendesk, as we see it as an opportunity for more Voice of Customer feedback analysis, sentiment analysis, and quality assurance. And creative opportunities exist for ML and automations based on voice analytics.

    While its not a critical must have right now, we see it as a factor when comparing vendor offerings for voice analytics.

    Hey Bhagyaraju,

    Zendesk doesn't directly provide real-time voice transcriptions. Consider exploring integrations or third-party tools for speech-to-text capabilities that can be incorporated into Zendesk for real-time voice transcriptions.

    I see your pinned comment mentions post call transcription capabilities, I am not sure if this has been released, because I cannot find any articles related to it. Can you please confirm? Thanks in advance!
