Ticket Details should be sorted newest to oldest

Dear Zendesk please sort your Ticket Details from newest to oldest as it is more efficient. Think of an email inbox for instance, most people will sort their inbox newest to oldest for efficiency. Oldest to newest was how the British Navy did their log books in 1700 because they were writing on paper.
