New in October 2022, CC and BCC can be specified in the side conversation of an email.

I utilize the macro "Side Conversation via Email" with the value "{{ticket.requester.email}}, {% for cc in ticket.ccs %}{{{cc.email}} ,{% endfor %}" for To.

I hope to be able to specify "CC" and "BCC" in the macro as well.
