I tried to followed this article to create a drop-down field with multiple levels : https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408829395738-Organizing-drop-down-list-options.

However, the expected result is not shown in the preview section. It is only working when all settings are saved. 

It will be great if the preview section could renders the fields!
