Change the brand of an external number without deleting it

Currently to update the Brand association of an external number, we need to delete the number, change our default Brand, configure the external number again, and change back our Brand: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408835276314-How-to-change-the-external-number-for-one-of-my-brands-

This is a very difficult and unsustainable workaround. It would make better sense to just add a Brand value option to the external number object within the admin portal, like you do with standard lines.

Thank you for your feedback. The article referred by you is the only workaround we can offer at the moment, due to other high priority items we need to tackle, this will not be on our short term roadmap. We will add this to our backlog for future consideration.
