I was trying to hide certain custom field values based upon the roles, its achievable in the form but the field values are visible in Ticket Events/History. To achieve this I also tried using Regex Field type to mask the field values, but couldn't succeed. There is only one field type "Card Number" that can be masked. 

It would be great if ZD could facilitate us with these features.
