Features that would be helpful
It would be nice to be able to blast out an email to all of our Zendesk agents from Zendesk. Also, if we had the capability to blast a system wide message if needed. Like a network being down or a server being offline so everyone can see an outage in real-time.
Hi Larry Stewart, you can achieve this with the Notification App, but the updates have to be input manually, i.e. you can't trigger a notification based on an event. To do that, you might want to check out this app by SweetHawk.
