    We apologise for the pointed language. As you said, that was due to the frustration over an unexpected and unwanted change that negatively affected our team's productivity. Thankfully the change was obviously noticed and reverted last week. So this case can be closed.

    By the way professionalism would also include using the sender's correct name in a reply. I'm not "Greg".
