FEATURE REQUEST: Being able to edit responses to Tickets
Why is there only a redact function? When we respond to tickets? Help Desk techs are under the gun some of the times or most of the time, and there is no way to go back and fix embarrassing typos. The only function available is to put a line through an embarrassing typo? So users can still read it?
