- 在专员工作区打开工单。
工单页首下方会显示一个概要横幅。当您滚动工单评论时,概要横幅将保持置顶状态。
折叠、展开、隐藏或显示概要横幅
您可以折叠概要横幅,或再次展开概要横幅,以减少其占用的空间。同样,您可以完全隐藏或再次显示概要横幅。
折叠概要横幅
- 在概要横幅的右侧,单击折叠箭头。
再次展开概要横幅
- 在概要横幅的右侧,单击展开箭头。
隐藏概要横幅
- 在工单标头中,单击 隐藏工单概要 按钮。
再次显示概要横幅
- 在工单标头中,单击 显示工单概要 按钮。
生成新语言的工单概要
如果尚未为工单生成当前工作语言的概要,您可以手动生成概要。

- 在工单标头下方的横幅中,单击 查看工单概要。
刷新工单概要
工单概要在生成后不会自动更新。但是,您可以手动刷新概要,以便从概要最初生成后添加的工单评论中提取信息。
注意:概要每五分钟只能生成一次。

Did something recently change? We've been using the Ticket Summary feature in the Intelligence Panel for awhile now until it disappeared today. We also don't see/have never seen the Ticket Summary icon as shown in the Article screenshots in our instance. It's like it's removed from our account entirely; despite us seeing other Advanced AI features like intent and generate text.

When using the Intelligence Side Panel functionality the Summary is not fully visible.
How do I expand the text so that I can see the summary.

We purchased the Zendesk Advanced AI about a week ago. According to this article, is it stating that we wont be seeing the information under the ticket subject? Why would it matter when we purchased this and the difference in functionality stated?
