Using Automations Or Triggers To Delete Tickets

Due to data and privacy laws we need to ensure our tickets are deleted 6 years after creation. The system currently only allows this by API or manual action.
It would be great if this could be completed via a trigger or automation so this can be maintained and changed easily if we ever need to.

Like so much else in this product this feature is ten years late and still half-baked. How are there no filters for this? Different deletion schedules by Brand, Type, Locale, etc. is the most basic thing needed in this feature. The use case where absolutely everything can be deleted at the exact same time is severely limiting, and in my case makes this "new" feature just another useless link in the list.

This feature is now released and can be found in Admin Center > Account > Security > Deletion schedules. See Creating ticket deletion schedules for data retention policies for more and how to set up.

This should also be considered for inflammatory language when the spam filter misses content.
