Zendesk tickets formatting [Clipping older Messages]

Hello all,

Zendesk tickets format sometimes tend to get messy - by that I mean that on a continued conversation with an end-user via e-mails, all the previous messages are added up to the player's reply, making one ticket more time-consuming to read as you will have to scroll more and more. This is not a whim, but a suggestion to streamline the resolution time,

Any thought on that?

Thanks for providing feedback Φάνης Τ.. We are working towards improving the reading experience at Zendesk and enhancing agent productivity, so you bring up a great point. I would love to understand more. 

At what point would you like to see clipped messages? Should we start collapsing messaging when it's more than 3 messages in the conversation log or more than 5 messages? Can you share more about what would work best for you and your agents? Thanks!
