Enhanced Visibility of Customer Responses on Instagram

Hi,

 

Currently, we are receiving customer comments on Instagram regarding stories and messages sent via direct. Unfortunately, we cannot see which content the customer is responding to, which can create a gap in understanding between representatives and customers.

 

We believe it is crucial to display the information about the specific story the customer has responded to, so that representatives can provide appropriate and accurate responses. This enhancement would greatly improve our service experience.
