Time Tracking with Tracking Metrics

I am trying to follow the tutorial to perform Time Tracking with Tracking Metrics (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/fr/articles/4408825230490-Application-Suivi-du-temps-les-mesures-de-suivi-du-temps-que-vous-devriez-effectuer). However, I cannot manage to create the measurements because the function for the "Update processing time (min)" does not work, regardless of the language.

Whether I try to adapt the function or change my user account to English or German, the attribute is never recognized.
