Adding Subsections

I have followed this help article on adding subsections however it does not work for me. I have also tried customizing my theme code to allow for subsections (referred to this article) but this has not changed anything. When I select the hierarchy for a new section there is no option to drill down into a section, only a category. Is my theme compatible for subsections? Do I need a different subscription tier? Currently using a theme called Flatrock.

      Hi Caitlin,

      This might be a plan-level limitation -- adding subsections requires either the Suite Enterprise or Guide Enterprise plans (the graphic at the top of help center articles shows which plan levels are required).
