Having "Your email address" field for end-users a drop down list

    Thanks for your feedback. 

    Currently, the email system default field does not support this behaviour. The system field must always be present to identify end users with their profile in Zendesk and it is only text base and no tag associated. 

    This can achieve at the moment using a dropdown custom field that will be linked to tags for each value. Unfortunately, you can not set the requester via trigger using a tag.
