Hi everybody, 

Anyway workaround in order to assign tags to a free text custom field ? 

Our field would be something like :  Customer Name. It would be great to be able to automatically assign a tag as : customer_name_XXXXXX

KommentarManaging your email

Hi team , 

I am forwarding emails from a Gmail Account to Zendesk Support . Those emails include an attachment when forwarded, however some attachments are lost in my Zendesk Support tickets  . Any idea why ?

KommentarEnd users and organizations

Hi Team , 

My company  will be doing an Import via API for the users in our own software platform. Those users will be automatically asigned to an organization by default ( Users from Our platform)

However , we have final users contacting which are not in our platform ,  we would like to automatically asign thoses to an Organization by default ( Users from Outside ) 

Could you please advise ? 

I thought about  using triggers put i see Organization is not in the Actions menu.

Hi Team , 

Our Organization needs to set different user permissions in Guide   for :

  • Forms ( It will only be available for  employees) 
  • Knowledge base ( it will be available for external customers + employees. 

Any advice on how to set this configuration please?
