Important: Only Zendesk QA customers who have been notified via in-product banners will be impacted, based on the maintenance dates and timings below. These banners will appear for account owners and admins in Zendesk Support approximately 14 days before the scheduled Maintenance date listed below. If you do not receive this alert, your account will not be impacted.
Customers Affected: Zendesk QA customers on multiple Pods will experience a maximum service disruption of 30 minutes at some time within the scheduled day of maintenance (the scheduled day of maintenance will be displayed in the aforementioned banner in Support).
