Expected behavior

During the migration process, all QA functionalities will be temporarily unavailable for up to 30 minutes. After migration, QA data will follow the same hosting policy as the main Zendesk account, and the product will be hosted in the same Pod as the account's Zendesk subdomain.

What do customers have to do?

After the maintenance, if you experience issues accessing QA, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Please contact Zendesk Support with questions or concerns if you experience other issues.
