Zendesk will perform emergency maintenance which will prevent performing Knowledge Base imports for bots in the EU region, during the time listed below.

Affected products: Knowledge Base imports for bots in the EU region.

Important: Bot answering is not affected — bots will continue to answer questions as usual; only the Knowledge Base import capability is impacted.

Expected behavior: New bots created in the EU region during the downtime will be unable to perform Knowledge Base imports until the maintenance is complete. Some existing EU region bots will also be prevented from importing Knowledge Base content during this maintenance.

What do customers have to do? Delay Knowledge Base imports until the maintenance is concluded, or retry any imports after 19:00 UTC.

Why we're doing this: Zendesk is performing this emergency maintenance to ensure the reliability of the customer-facing bot experience.
