I am getting the following message: 'Your Zendesk Support account has sent too many notifications in the past 24 hours via Gmail'.
- The option "Send mail via Gmail" is checked in Zendesk Support.
When you enable the Gmail connector, Zendesk Support uses Gmail's servers to process all incoming and outgoing mail (which includes any notification, satisfaction survey, etc.). While the notifications don't seem to be significant, they can definitely add up with knowledge base and community notifications, plus everything else (anything that needs to be sent to an email).
Gmail has a sending limit of 500 emails per day or 2000 emails per day for paid Google apps. If you approach this limit, you will receive this warning, and notifications will temporarily be sent from Zendesk mail servers instead of Google mail servers.
