I'm trying to set up forwarding for a new support address, but haven't gotten any kind of verification code or link.

Answer

Check the Suspended Tickets view. More often than not, these kinds of emails come into your Support account via a no-reply email or are otherwise detected as being from a system user, causing it to be auto-suspended by our system.
