Can I cancel my Zendesk Support account while also maintaining my associated Zendesk Chat account?

Answer

No, if you cancel your Support account there is no way to separate the Zendesk Chat account that is associated with it. If you wish to have a stand alone Chat account, you would need to cancel the Zendesk Support account, and then start up a new Zendesk Chat trial.
