Is it possible to schedule a future cancellation date for my account?
This is dependent on how your account is billed.
- Self-service accounts do not have the ability to schedule account cancellation dates. Your account owner will need to manually cancel your account before the projected date of cancellation occurs. For instructions, see the article: How do I cancel my account?
- Managed accounts may request a cancellation date. Account owners must reach out to their account representative or contact Zendesk Customer Support.
To determine if your account is self-service or managed, your account owner can click on the Admin () icon, then go to Settings > Subscription.
- If you can update the subscription or credit card on file, your account is Self-Service.
- If you see the following message, your account is Managed:
This is a managed account. Please contact your sales representative or our customer service team to make changes to your account.
