    two days you let me dozens of articles but no single valid answer it's frustrating espcially when you are paying so much for a service

    i wonder what was the reaction of my customers to this level of service

    How do we tell who the owner is if we cannot sign in? Password reset does nothing. We are currently stuck in a loop as we are unable to reset the password. When we contact zendesk support, we are told that we are not listed an account member (we should be). We cannot access our ticket portal.
