How do I find out who is the owner or admin of my Support or Chat account?
You can locate your account owner in many places in your account, depending on your access permissions.
Find your account owner in Admin Center > People > Team > Team members. The account owner will have the role (Owner) under their name.
If you are an Admin, you can also use the button below to find owner on the page Admin Center > Account > Contacts > Account owner.:
Note: You will not have access to this page if your role is set to Contributor. For more information, see the article: About team member product roles and access.
To locate any admin who is not the account owner by going to the Team members page in Admin Center. Find the admins listed under the Support role column.
Legacy Chat only account:
To find the Legacy Chat account owner, from the dashboard, click Settings > Agents. The account owner has Owner listed as their role.
