How to set up chat routing to a specific agent based on the URL or country code?
In order to route a chat to a specific agent, you will first need to set up departments and add the agents to each department.
Then you will need to create chat triggers (one trigger for each URL or country code) with the condition Country code or Visitor page URL and the action Set Visitor Department. With the triggers, chats will be routed accordingly to the selected department.
