Why can't I logout from Support?

    This is a helpful workaround, but not at all intuitive. Needs to be fixed so that there is a login link on that access denied page. Otherwise regular users will have no hope of being able to logout and login again, if the login with the wrong account.

    Has a solution for this been done?

    Really strange that is not possible to logout of help desk as a end user

    Hi Tobias -

    If and when a change to the system is made, we'll be sure to post it here. In the meantime, I believe the workaround above is the best solution.

    There still hasn't been a fix for this. A workaround is not useful. When this problem occurs people are left wondering what to do. They don't know where the fault lies, whether or not zendesk has gone down, or maybe their account has simply gone.

    The page should tell the user they are logged in but not with the correct credentials and ask would they like to log out.
