    FYI - I had one end user that continued to see the problem even after clearing the browser cache and cookies. All of her peers worked successfully with no error.

    With a little further digging, we found that she was blocking 3rd party cookies. Once we allowed them, the end user no longer got the error message and was able to log into Zendesk.
