    Hey Mai,

    You should be able to edit your email template to look however you'd like! To have your tickets look similar to email, I would follow these instructions: Setting up an unformatted email template

    Hi, could somebody assist? I tried applying this to the new _rich comment placeholder, but unfortunately this code:

    {% for comment in ticket.comments limit:1 offset:0 %}{{comment.value_rich | replace: "font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode','Lucida Grande','Tahoma',Verdana,sans-serif;font-size:14px", "font-family:'Arial','Helvetica',sans-serif;font-size:12px"}}

    ends up like this:

    What am I doing wrong? ;)
