For various reasons, a Zendesk Support ticket was not successfully created from a chat.
Zendesk Chat and Zendesk Support are integrated for ticket creation
Cause and resolution
To export the chat transcript, open Zendesk Chat and select the History tab.
You can search by the serving agent or by the chatter. When you locate the chat, select it.
The transcription will open with an Export Transcription option in the upper right. You can export to any email address, however, to create a Zendesk Support ticket input your Zendesk Support email address.
