How do I change the color of the Chat/Web Widgets?
If you are using Chat in the Web Widget, the colors of Web Widget components are configured in Support by clicking the Admin icon () in the sidebar and then going to Channels > Widget.
You can change the color of Web Widget components using the Theme color setting. If you want to change the color of the text in the launcher, contact button, and header, use the Theme text color setting. If you are using the Chat standalone widget, the method for changing the color of your widget components is different. See the information about Theme color in Customizing the Chat widget. This will be done from the Chat interface, rather than Support.
