Credit cards can expire, payments can get caught up somewhere, or something else could get in the way of keeping your account up to date, so you might ask yourself:
What happens when my Support account expires?
Even though your Support account is still accessible for a time after it has expired or been suspended, no tickets or emails will reach your Support account and you won't be able to respond to old ones until we process a payment. Suspension will also temporarily invalidate your SSL certificate until a payment is processed.
About 7 days after your account reaches the state where you no longer can receive or reply to tickets, the account will become completely inaccessible. Insights reports and dashboards can no longer be recovered, and the project is deleted. If your account is inaccessible, please submit a ticket by clicking the Submit a request button in the upper right corner of this page.
