Credit cards can expire, payments can get caught up somewhere, or something else could get in the way of keeping your account up to date, so you might ask yourself:
What happens when my Support account expires?
Even though your Support account is still accessible for a time after it has expired or been suspended, no tickets or emails will reach your Support account and you won't be able to respond to old ones until we process a payment. Suspension will also temporarily invalidate your SSL certificate until a payment is processed. About 7 days after your account reaches the state where you no longer can receive or reply to tickets, the account will become completely inaccessible. If your account is inaccessible, please submit a ticket by clicking the Submit a request button in the upper right corner of this page.
