    I am the account owner, and I can't seem to find the settings mentioned in your help article to update my cc info.  

     

    What can i do?

    Hey there!

    It's possible that you have a managed account, which means that you would need to contact us directly to get that information updated.

    Just submit a ticket to support (if you haven't already), and they'll get you in touch with the right folks to help you. :)

    I have done all of this and my new credit card is being declined.

    I'm sorry to hear that's happened. Unfortunately we can't help with any billing or payment issues in the Help Center, so I've created a support ticket for you. Someone should be in touch via email shortly.

    hi,

    I have tried updating the card details on our subscription and I am getting an error:

    "Our credit card processor encountered the following error: [430285] Not authorised. Your credit card has not been charged."

    Why is this happening? please advise.
