How do I find out who is the owner of my Support or Chat account?
You can locate your account owner in many places in your account, depending on your access permissions. Follow these steps or skip to our video guide below.
Admin Center settings:
Discover your account owner in your Admin Center > Account > Contacts > Account owner tab. Use the dropdown menu below to select your subdomain and enter your account into the Account owner tab:
Note: If your role on the account is set to a Contributor, you will not have access to this settings page.
Legacy Chat only:
To find the Legacy Chat account owner, from the dashboard, click Settings > Agents. The account owner has Owner listed as their role.
