I'm trying to check on a ticket I logged by emailing Support, but my agent credentials aren't working. Do I need to use different credentials here?
Logging into the Zendesk Support customer portal, to view your tickets, from within this Help Center requires different credentials than what you might normally use to log into your own Zendesk Support account.
If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you're already registered, but you don't have a password set up yet. To do so you can simply click here.
If you have previously set up a password as an end-user for this help center, but can't remember it, try clearing your cache and cookies and then going to https://support.zendesk.com/access/help to reset your password.
