Viewing a Help Center for one of your brands (Professional Add-on and Enterprise) Follow

If you have Help Centers for multiple brands, you can easily switch from one Help Center to another.

To view a branded Help Center (Professional add-on and Enterprise only)
  • In one of your Help Centers, click the brand drop-down in the top menu bar and select another brand.
    This option is only available if you have set up multiple brands.

    Note: From the Support agent interface, first click the Product icon in the upper right and select Help Center to open Help Center.
