If you have Help Centers for multiple brands, you can easily switch from one Help Center to another.
You must have the Professional add-on or Enterprise to create multiple brands.
To view a branded Help Center
- In one of your Help Centers, click the brand drop-down in the top menu bar and select another brand.
This option is only available if you have set up multiple brands.Note: From the Support agent interface, first click the Zendesk Products icon () in the upper right and select Guide to open Help Center.
