If you aren't sure which plan you're on, you can check your plan type in Zendesk. You must be an admin or account owner to view subscription information for your account.
Viewing your plan
To check your plan manually
- In Admin Center, click Account in the sidebar, then select Billing > Subscription.
The Subscription page opens and displays your products, plans, and any add-ons.
To check your plan automatically
- Click this button to select your subdomain and open your Subscription page (sign-in required).
Disclaimer: This button takes you to a page for admins only. This option is limited to accounts where the default language is English. This experience might be blocked by ad blockers.
Getting more plan info
All current Zendesk plans are represented in plan banners on articles. The plans with a check mark in a banner support the functionality described in the article.
If you do not see your plan on a plan banner, you might have a legacy plan. For information about functionality on legacy plans, see the articles for these areas:
