Is there a difference in functionality between Talk trials and subscribed Talk plans? Follow

Talk trial is currently offered with a "Talk Advanced" plan. What will happen to the features and functionality available to us after trial is over and we decide to adopt Zendesk Talk for our business needs? I.e. what would happen when we click the "Buy Talk" button and sign for, say, Talk Basic (it should be / will be renamed to "Team" very soon, I assume)? And if we will opt for Talk Advanced ("Professional" from now, isn't it?) - will we keep the same functionality or something will be added or disabled?

The reason I am asking this is because I was not able to locate a definitive list of individual features available with different Talk plans. There are some support article mentioning Talk Advanced, and some about Talk Team - but all this (re)naming seems to be a bit confusing to me. Please advice.

    Hey Leonid -

Welcome to the Zendesk Community. You can find a comprehensive list of what is offered on each of our current Talk plans here

Let us know if you're not able to find the information you're looking for there, or if you have questions about specific features/functions.

    Hey Nicole,

Thank you for a quick response. We are still not sure about the Zendesk Talk features that are part of "Basic" or "Advanced" plans, as information at Zendesk pricing & plans pages mentions new service plans only (i.e. Lite, Team, Professional). How legacy and new plans are matched to each other, and are there any features that are silently dropped or added when migrating to new Zendesk Talk service plans?

    Hey Leonid -

Sorry it took me a couple of days, but I tracked down the old and new price and feature lists, and there is no change to the the feature line-up. The only things that changed are the names and prices of the plans, and the addition of the Enterprise level plan and features.

Just to make sure there's no confusion, Basic = Team and Advanced = Professional.

Let me know if you have any additional questions on this.
