Do I need to add the "https" or "http" protocol when inserting links in articles?

We tried adding the link chrome://flags/#enable-scroll-anchoring to an article. This link doesn't work with https or http, it has to be "chrome" first. The problem is that the link can't be opened if it doesn't have http or https at the start of the link. How can we solve this?

    Hi Marie,

I did some digging on my end and it doesn't look like we support Chrome flags within the article editor at this time. What exactly are you trying to accomplish with these links you're adding to your articles?

Any additional information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brett!

It's part of a troubleshooting article, where the solution is to activate/deactivate some of the flags and we just wanted a simple way for our customers to get there :) Is this something we can forward as an improvement suggestion?
