    Hi so I did everything in this article and it saying credentials are incorrect. I am support agent and would like to start using the app to chat. I work for Waitr. Can you assist me?

    Hi Paxton,

    Most likely you will need to check in with your company's Zendesk Administrator to make sure that you have been allocated permissions to use the app.

    Do you know if your company's Chat account is phase 3 or phase 4?
