    What happens if, at the end of the trial period, we decide we want to downgrade a feature? Let's say that we got Support Enterprise for the trial, and then we decide we only need Support Professional.

    Sy, at the end of the trial you can make the downgrade and only keep paying for a mix of product and packages that you want, does not need to be the same mix as while in trial. The short answer is yes, you can downgrade at the end of the trial.

    Carolyn Estes we don't offer implementation support as part of the program coverage, but we do offer office hours, education videos and we have partner that you can hire to implement Zendesk for you.
