    @... while this is useful I need metrics around leads--how long it took our reps to call leads created.   is there a way to do this?

    Can you clarify if you were looking for reporting on Support or Sell? Since you mentioned 'Agent' it sounds that you are referring to ticket open time. If so, I'm happy to loop in our colleagues from Support to better advise.
