    Sophie McMonagle while this is useful I need metrics around leads--how long it took our reps to call leads created.   is there a way to do this?

    Is there an average OPEN time by Agent report similar to this first response time?

    Hi Carl Moore!

    Can you clarify if you were looking for reporting on Support or Sell? Since you mentioned 'Agent' it sounds that you are referring to ticket open time. If so, I'm happy to loop in our colleagues from Support to better advise.
