Creating a Smart List enables you to filter, sort, and export your data into a customizable report from Zendesk Sell. See the exporting Smart Lists video for more information.
Smart List exports are not available on the Team Plan. If you are on any other plan and can't see the export feature, it might not be enabled for all users (see Exporting data from Zendesk Sell).

Exporting your Smart List
You can export a Smart List from any lead, contact, or deal page.
To export a Smart List
- On any lead, contact, or deal page, go to the Smart List tab.
- Create a Smart List.
- Select Actions.
- Select Export.
You'll get a notification when a Smart List has been exported. If you have email notifications turned on, you'll also receive an email when the export is complete.
Finding an exported Smart List
To download your exported Smart List, click the email notification or export notification that appears in Sell. You can also download previously exported Smart Lists in your Export Settings.
