How do I log a call? Do I need to purchase the Voice feature to log a call in my account?
Any Sell user can follow the steps below to log a call in their account:
- Click on the phone number of a lead or contact
- From the drop-down menu select + Log a call
- Select a Call Outcome (the outcomes can be customized if you have enabled the Voice feature)
- Add any notes about the call
- Click Save
Click Do not log to not save the log
The Voice feature is not required to log calls in your account. Sales reps can use their own personal phone numbers to complete a call and then manually log the details in the Sell mobile app or on a lead or contact.
