We have received reports of some customers not being able to invite new users to Zendesk Sell. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update shortly.
Root Cause Analysis
This incident was caused by a misconfiguration within an access policy.
To fix this issue, the policy was updated to allow users to complete registration.
The team has Increased visibility by creating alerts for elevated 403 error rates.
