Can I retrieve data from a canceled account?
Answer
When you cancel your account, you lose access to your data. In accordance with the data deletion policy, after 90 days, the automated process begins to permanently delete service data.
Within those 90 days, your account owner can reactivate the account upon request. If reactivated, Zendesk bills the account for the amount owed, from the time of cancellation to the present billing period.

We have been customers for years and now our account is completely gone. There is no way to talk to anyone, as your bot is useless and keeps asking to login to the account. Please advise.
