The Deal Sources report shows you the sources of your deals within a given time period. For example, how many deals came in through your website, a referral, sales prospecting, and so on.
To view the Deal Sources report
- From the Reports page, select Marketing Effectiveness > Deal Sources.
There are two views of this report: the graph view and the table view.
The graph view provides a visual representation of your deal sources within a given time period (the default time period is the current month). Hovering over each graph segment shows you the total number of deals that came from the source and also the percentage of those deals compared to the total number of deals.
When you switch to the table view of this report, you’ll see the same data in a table format.
You can define a different time period and also add filters to view the deals by either the Won or Lost stage, or view only teams, groups, or specific users. You can also filter by tags.
