Hello, I have created a chart and want to remove values less than 5, but also not have them included in my SUM or AVG totals. Currently, if I hide the values, they are still included in these totals. How do I do that?

    Hi Sara,

I think this will be better handled in a ticket in order for me to check the chart you have created and troubleshoot this further. I'll create one for you, please lookout for an email notification for this one. Cheers!

    Hi,

Is it also possible to use the keyboard to define the range, instead of the drag option? With large numbers it's very difficult to select an exact number, which is exactly what i want to do.

    Many thanks!

    Bob

    Hi Bob,

I'm afraid to say that it's not possible to use your keyboard and enter a value to define the metric result range, but you may try to click on the numbers instead. I certainly understand the intention and the use case in using the keyboard, but unfortunately, it's not possible at this moment.

I suspect I'm having the same issue as Sarah, I a report with metric filters and it's adding up 1+1 = 12. It seems like Totals ignore the metric filtering altogether?

@..., if you click on the number, a text box appears and you can type in the top and bottom range.
